A good value option for central Paris in the 4-5 star range - lovely bar and quiet courtyard rooms

This hotel is a Paris institution located extremely centrally. It has a cozy cocktail bar with fabulous service and in general the service was great. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and depending on the floor have very high ceilings. The beds are comfortable (although these are not westin heavenly beds) and the linens are nice. If you get a last-minute deal via booking, the value is good.

The Westin really needs to up its game on decoration - the room needed a fresh coat of paint and the decorative photos were absolutely tacky. The room could have been designed a bit better - the bed almost hit the TV stand so it was difficult to move from one side of the room to the other. There is no coffee in the room, you have to go to the lobby to get it, and this also seems very un 5-star.

Nice hotel but rooms need major updating.

Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very good.

the mattresses were hard as a board--Westin hotels are known for their fabulously comfortable mattresses, and this hotel did not meet expectations. My back was sore from those beds!!

Concierge and front door service was great as well as the bar servers. Room maid service was great.

We had a reservation for two queens and we received two twin beds. No coffee or tea in the room. Food service was minimal.

Overall is Great hotel, Great location but be aware of the staff to call the taxi without metre.

The hotel location is great in the middle of Paris and the view from the room is great.

It would be really nice if we can choose the table to sit during not the busy time. Normally we always use the Uber taxi while travelling within Europe for our business trip. Because staying at Westin Paris Vendome was the last hotel for one night before flying home. At check out, the receptionist was very friendly and offered to call the taxi metre for us, so we agreed because it should be taxi meter. and actually the taxi meter was waiting infront of the hotel already. Without informing us about the price so we thought it was the taxi metre. We just realised that the taxi driver did not push on the meter when we were on the way to the airport already. So we asked the driver and he said the bellman did not say anything about the meter and this time he only accept cash. and it costs about 70 Euro for this transfer. Comparing for what we paid on arrival by Uber only 45 Euro.

Enjoyable stay in a great location

Fantastic location and professional, friendly staff

First floor room had great views from the balcony but extremely noisy at night - both from the street and adjacent rooms. Room a little tired and probably due some redecoration.

Great location , walking distance to everywhere but definitely doesn’t worth the money

After our complain they change our room for better

Receptionist wasn’t to friendly . It was a fashion week in the hotel , they didn’t know any information and it was right in front of them all the information . In the room was no connection in any plugs , we couldn’t charge our phone or call reception to complain . Phone wasn’t working, Hair dryer wasn’t working either. Breakfast was ok , i didn’t like the waiter walking around and mentioning that we have 5 minute to finish because it’s nearly 10 and they are closing .

A good stay in an excellent location.

Size of the room was great, bed large and comfortable v comfortable and loved the high ceilings. Philippe the nicest concierge i’ve ever met.

The Property is Amazing but it is time for an update. The bathrooms are in need of renewal. The hand held shower needs new gasket; the water splashed from everywhere. The sink don’t drain easily. The cleanliness at the steps of entrance of hotel needs to be done hourly. It was full of dust that remained for 2/3 days

The proximity to my events, the cafe

Rooms are very tired, as is the gym (it’s abysmal at best), and the hallway corridors need major repair. From my 3rd floor room every (very early morning — 4am onward) there was this loud sound coming from a pulley like device that occurred rhythmically. And my room was far from the elevators. The reverberation was enough to surpass a loud spinach machine and ear plugs. Caused for many early mornings and poor sleep.
